On a warm saturday morning, Calan, Ahmed, Saadah, Yaw and I were all excited.. Excited because we were going to (Feng Huang Shan) "Shan" means Mountain in chinese. We were all set to climb Feng huang shan.. For the first time.. In Dandong city, Liaoning province, PRC... At the mountain gate, I looked around and wondered, how are we going to climb this?? It is sooo big I said... Then I remembered what Barry Finlay said "Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing" and yes we did just that.. Kept climbing and climbing, with sweaty pants and shirts.. At some point, Me, Yaw and saadah got so tired we couldn't keep up.. Ahmed and calan went on of course. "Getting to the top is optional. Getting down is mandatory" Well we used the cable car to get down.. It was such a nice and hectic experience, but trust me.... It was worth it....

As we got closer and closer to our destination, and the vibrational noise from the aeroplane gets even more sickening, I looked out the window and thought "Why is earth so beautiful"? Then "I watched the surrounding landscape with great curiosity, and I wanted to discover the words that could describe all its unspoiled beauty". Amidst my unexplained thoughts, I found these, and I took some pictures.
